Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Voxtri is an AI voice copilot for drivers, available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Voxtri mobile apps and related services (together, the “Service”).
The data controller responsible for your information is Voxtri Inc, 1111b S Governors Ave, Suite 97786, Dover, DE 19904, United States. You can reach us at help@voxtri.ai or (302) 550-9742.
We built Voxtri around a simple principle: your context is yours. We store only the information you explicitly permit, we do not sell your data, and we do not share your personal context with third parties for their own purposes.
2. Information we collect
Voxtri is permission-based. Nothing in a given category is stored unless you have granted the corresponding permission, and you can grant or revoke each category independently. Depending on the permissions you allow, we may collect:
- Account information — such as your name, email address and authentication details needed to create and secure your account.
- Location & route data — your location and routes, so the assistant can navigate, reroute and suggest stops along the way.
- Calendar events — events you allow us to read, so we can factor your schedule into routes, reminders and ETAs.
- Contacts you choose — only the contacts you select, used to share your ETA with the people you pick.
- Messages & notifications you allow to be read aloud — the content you permit us to read or respond to hands-free while you drive.
- Voice commands & audio — the audio and transcripts needed to understand and carry out your requests.
- Connected-app data you authorize — information from apps and services you choose to connect to Voxtri.
- Device & usage/diagnostic data — technical details such as device model, app version, and diagnostic and performance data used to keep the Service working and secure.
3. How we use your information
We use the context you permit only to run and improve the Service:
- to provide the assistant and respond to your voice commands;
- to enrich the assistant’s understanding of your context so it can help you better;
- to personalize routes, suggestions and reminders;
- to send ETAs to the contacts you choose;
- to maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
We do not use your information to sell products to you, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your permitted context is used solely to make the assistant more helpful to you.
4. Permissions & device access
To provide its features, Voxtri may request access to Bluetooth, precise location, your microphone, calendar, contacts and notifications. You can grant or revoke each of these permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking a permission is always your choice; it may limit or disable the features that rely on it.
5. Voice data
When you speak to Voxtri, your audio is processed to understand and carry out your commands. We keep voice data only as long as needed to provide and improve the Service, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by contacting help@voxtri.ai.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your personal context with third parties for their own purposes. We share information only in the limited, standard situations below — none of which involve third-party marketing or the sale of your data:
- Service providers / processors acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example, cloud hosting). They may only process data to provide services to us.
- To make a feature work at your direction — for example, sending an ETA to a contact you selected, or routing through a map or navigation provider you use.
- Legal compliance & safety — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or Voxtri.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Data location & international users
Your data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. If you access Voxtri from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
8. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights & choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, revoke permissions in your device settings, and delete your account at any time by contacting help@voxtri.ai.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. We honor these rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
11. Children
Voxtri is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new effective date at the top of this page, and we will notify you of material changes as appropriate.
