Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Voxtri Inc (“Voxtri,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing or using the Voxtri app or services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Voxtri. Where the Service is used while driving, you must hold a valid driver’s license and be legally permitted to drive.

3. Description of service

Voxtri is an AI voice copilot for drivers. It assists with navigation, messaging, sharing ETAs, scheduling and related hands-free tasks. Many features require you to grant device permissions (such as location, microphone, calendar and contacts) so the assistant can understand your context and act on your behalf.

5. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at help@voxtri.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Voxtri is offered on a subscription basis:

• Plans: $20 per month or $160 per year.
• Free trial: a 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime. Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms, and refunds are governed by the applicable store’s policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
• misuse the Service, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.

8. Intellectual property

Voxtri and its licensors own all rights in the app, its software and its content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended personal purpose, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party services & links

The Service works with third-party services such as maps, calendars, messaging platforms and app stores. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for any content, products or services they provide.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that navigation, routing or other results will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxtri and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Voxtri in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxtri and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

14. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and notify you as appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Voxtri agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting help@voxtri.ai. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, it will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
